Maybe I’m crazy.
I have a three day weekend. So last night I loaded up St Jimmy, my $250 Jimmy, and left straight from work today to go home.
This squirrelly-bird’s been sitting in the yard at work all weekend. Completely unrelated to the post.
To put things in perspective, it’s equivalent to driving from Warsaw to Milan. For a three-day weekend. Back at work 7am Thursday. Made it all the way across Alberta on one tank, so that’s the first 600km or so out of the way. So far so not bad I guess.

I could squeeze 650kms out of a tank in my Blazer, doing 100km/h. I’d usually fuel up at 580-600 though, I got nervous doing much more than that with no gas gauge.

Yeah, the low fuel light came on about 30k out of Lloyd. I was a bit nervous, haha. Put in 62L, pretty sure it’s only a 65L tank.
